Getting Started
Creating your online grassroots fundraiser page is easy!
- First, select one of the three design options for your page below to get started.
- If you already have an account with ActBlue, sign in. If not, you’ll need to create an account. The login you create today will be the one you use every time you check on your grassroots fundraising page.
- Once you’ve signed in, select a custom URL for your grassroots fundraising page. We suggest something that’s easy to remember. Try something that looks like this: “cayanamackey4warnock.”
- Next, give your page a creative title and description so folks understand why you’re raising money for Reverend Warnock. The more personal, the better!
- When you’ve written your title and description, click on “Get Started” to view your page. Now, you can copy and paste your custom URL and share it with your friends and family so they can contribute to Warnock’s campaign!

Fundraising FAQs
This campaign is powered by people – we don’t take corporate PAC money, so we rely on donations from supporters to keep us going. With so much at stake in this race and Republicans on track to outspend us, every dollar makes a difference. That’s where you come in; by tapping into your personal network, you can use your organizing power to raise money for Reverend Warnock’s grassroots campaign and help elect a leader who will fight for justice and equity for Georgians (and for all Americans) in the Senate?
There are two ways to raise money using your personal network:
- Share your unique fundraising link
Sign up to receive your own personal ActBlue link to share with your network. ActBlue is an online fundraising tool that provides a simple way for individuals to contribute directly to our campaign. Share your fundraising page via email or social media, and your unique link will allow you to keep track of the impact you are making!
- Host a virtual grassroots fundraiser
Mobilize the grassroots power of your community by hosting an online fundraising event! Gather your friends, family, and anyone you know who might be willing to pitch in on Zoom (or another online platform) to raise money for Reverend Warnock’s campaign. This pandemic means being creative about online opportunities – themes, music, games, and conversation can liven these virtual events.
Some advice for fundraising from the Warnock campaign:
Make the hard ask
The best way to get people to give money? Ask! It can take some time to get used to asking people to donate money, but making a clear, direct ask is the best way to mobilize grassroots donors. Remember to be kind, express gratitude, and don’t be discouraged by a “no” – the yeses make it more than worth it! If you’re not sure where to start, here are some ideas for how to phrase your “ask”:
- Can I count on you to join me in donating to Reverend Warnock’s campaign?
- Can you support Reverend Warnock’s campaign by giving today?
- Can you spare a few dollars to help elect Reverend Warnock to the US Senate?
- I am asking for your help to elect Reverend Warnock, can you give any amount today? Every dollar counts!
Tie fundraising to what you care about
There is so much at stake in this election and the path to flipping the Senate runs right through Georgia. This is going to be essential to getting progressive policies passed, from expanding access to quality healthcare to enshrining voting rights and civil rights to protecting our climate. Talk to your network about issues that are important to you, and make the connection between those issues and your fundraising asks. People will see your passion and be more likely to give.
Track and share your progress
Keep track of your fundraising progress and share it with your network. Knowing others have donated will encourage people to give, and keeping tabs on your fundraising efforts will help keep you energized and motivated!
ActBlue is an online fundraising tool that can be used by individuals to contribute money to campaigns and organizations. Individuals will need to make an account by filling out some personal information and linking a payment method (either a credit/debit card or PayPal account). All contributions will go directly to the Warnock campaign.
Individual donations to the Warnock campaign cap out at $2,800. This reset for the runoff; if an individual reached their maximum donation limit of $2,800 prior to the general election, they can still donate up to $2,800 more to the campaign for the runoff.
