Warnock: I still think it’s possible to work together to improve the lives of Georgians. All Georgians. That’s exactly what I’ll do in Washington.
Atlanta, GA – Senior Pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church and Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate Reverend Raphael Warnock released a new statewide TV ad, “Choice.” The 60-second spot highlights the contrast between the values Reverend Warnock will bring to the U.S. Senate and Kelly Loeffler, who has run the most negative campaign Georgia has ever seen to distract from her own record of enriching herself.

Warnock: Here’s the choice, Georgia. Kelly Loeffler spends tens of millions of dollars to scare you. She’s attacked my church, attacked my faith. She’s even attacked my family. She’s trying to make you afraid of me because she’s afraid of you. Afraid that you understand how she’s used her position in the Senate to enrich herself and others like her. Afraid that you’ll realize that we can do better.
I’m Raphael Warnock and if you elect me to the Senate, I’ll wake up everyday, guided by the values of hard work and passion instilled in me by my parents and inspired by the words of Dr. King who said that “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘what are you doing for others?’” Even in these crazy times, I still think it’s possible to work together to improve the lives of Georgians. All Georgians. That’s exactly what I’ll do in Washington. I approve this message and humbly ask for your vote.
About Reverend Warnock
Reverend Raphael Warnock grew up in Kayton Homes public housing in Savannah. Fifteen years ago, he was chosen to serve as Senior Pastor at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, the former pulpit of Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. He is only the fifth Senior Pastor in the history of the church and the youngest pastor ever selected to serve in that position. Reverend Warnock believes his service does not stop at the church door, and has been an advocate to expand health care coverage and to ensure hardworking Georgians can make a living wage. As Senator, Reverend Warnock will bring to Washington the concerns of struggling Georgia families who wonder why no one is looking out for them, and focus on fighting for quality, affordable health care, for the dignity of working people who are paid too little as our government works more for Wall Street, and to make sure every voice is heard.
